Little Underwood, Big Harte

We almost made it through the week without Stefan. He gets home tomorrow night as long as flights are fine. Gavin and I spent the weekend at the zoo, with some friends and having dinner out just the two of us. Luckily it was a nice weekend here.  Sounds like so far Stefan's athletes have been doing great, getting good times and some even breaking records! It's been really tiring for the coaches though who are up past midnight with athletes and up early with others. He has a big batch tomorrow morning before they wrap up.  Check out my anniversary flowers now that they bloomed...so pretty! We love our Stefan!

Since Gavin was sick on his birthday, we celebrated with cupcakes, singing and presents on the weekend. Happy 2nd Birthday, Gavin! Two years old! What a time of learning, independence and growth (both physically and mentally). Gavin it clever, curious, loving and AWESOME! My two favorite parts of the day ... 1) When I see him at lunch, on days he is home with his nanny, or after work, he runs to me with a huge smile and shouts "Mommy's home!" and it is like we haven't just seen each other a few hours ago. He has also started hugging our legs one at a time and putting his head on our shoulder when we carry him. Both = adorableness! 2) Our night time routine. I wrote about it in our Christmas letter this year, but I have to say it again. After bath time, jammies, one last drink of milk and water and brushing teeth ... the fun part starts. All three of us snuggle in our bed and read a couple books. Then we each get a kiss, a hug with pats on our back, a handshake as he says "meet you", a high five, knuckles and a wave "bye bye, love you, night n...

Purposeful Path finally has its logo! Thanks Libby for telling me about the website Fiverr . They are a great resource for us start-ups who are trying not to spend too much to get things running. The concept is you can get professional services like logo design for $5 (Get it - FIVE-RR!). Since I don't have the software this is great for me! Here we go friends ... Purposeful Path's online presence is up and running! I'm just waiting for the logo to be finalized for the home page but since that won't be until next week, I wanted to be sure you lovely readers were the first to know the site was basically ready. I'll be putting together an email to my contacts soon to also get the word out (heads up, you may also be on those emails) along with setting up a Facebook group.
