Lately

Not much going on lately as we wait for Stefan to come back from another work trip. He's in England this time, teaching a course in the school where they filmed Harry Potter ... that's a fun tidbit! After this trip we get him home for at least three weeks, maybe longer, whew. We are excited though that before Stefan gets home we get to welcome a visitor...Gavin's Auntie Caitlin arrives tomorrow night! This weekend Gavin and I did enjoy a quick visit with Natalie, our dear friend who moved to Atlanta last month, a day with Libby and dinner with Libby and Shane then a visit to the zoo with a friend from the ABC (After Baby Comes) class we went to while I was on maternity leave. We haven't had the kids together since they were around 10-12 weeks old. Emily was born just over two weeks before Gavin. A few pics and videos to keep you entertained until we post pics with our latest visitor. Have a great week! Chatting! You get to hear his "woof woof...

G&G H's visit

Image
Whenever we have visitors, the camera comes out, so you get lots of Gavin pics today. We had some fun with G&G H on their latest visit, but sure were sad to see them go. Thanks again for EVERYTHING while you were our little worker bees. Love you! Gavin was in on the action helping organize things in the kitchen. Fishy face! Being goofy on Canada Day. He thinks he's such a big boy when he gets to eat a whole banana "nana" like this.  And he's such a big boy putting on his socks. This cracks me up, what a pose. Here you go Grandpa, an empty box to break down.  After all the hard work, a little break blowing bubbles. Back to work, have to hang the diapers. Grandpa you exercise while I dance around the room.  Lots of exploring outside to be done.  Happy 4th of July! Another Elvis face.  I have to post these faces, they just crack me up. Actually building towers on his own now. Looking and pic...

Moving Day/Birthday and New House Pics

Image
Here are pics from moving day and my birthday and some pics of the new house. Since these were taken lots of unpacking has taken place and it looks even more like a home now. Enjoy! Always time for some horsey rides.  Some un-assembly required of course.   The desk was the guy's nemesis for the day, but they got it out without fully having to take it apart. He looks so tiny, but it gives you some perspective - we filled this to the brim plus had already taken a few car loads over. When did we get that much stuff?  Adios Bay Pines, its been real for the last three years! You were a great place to bring Gavin home to for the first time.  A little lunch and payment to our trusty helpers after we had everything out of the old house and got it cleaned and before we moved everything into the new place. Pita Pit, yum! That evening after dinner - a special cake Stefan ordered for me. Yes, I'm exhausted and had terrible alle...
