Little Underwood, Big Harte

A few friends and I hosted a Baby-Q couples shower for Ashton and Tyler (Stefan's colleague) on Saturday. Henry Tyler is set to arrive in mid-August and be the newest EXOS baby!  We had a blast with the theme and instead of actives for the ladies we set up a Photo Booth - really cute and fun (all thanks to the fab Libby and her ideas!).  Then the bday fun began. I got this surprise actually on Friday from my Call Center team - love edible arrangements. This came with an Amazon gift card :) Gavin loved it (tried one of everything) and even tried the "salad" filler, a.k.a. kale. Left over picture from Father's Day. Gavin got his first clipper hair cut from Daddy - saves money but is oh so short. We will see... The after pic. Then we spent the day visiting our friends Lauren, Dan and Nora from Indy who are vacationing on Pensacola Beach with their family. ...

We had a blast with Jordan this week. Gavin asked for him night and day - so fun! Sounds like the big boys also had a blast at work all week. So glad we got to spend time with some family and especially this guy before he goes to officer training in about a week. Proud of one! After talking Jordan to the airport we celebrated father's day with lots of FaceTime calls and phone calls to family and brunch at our favorite place, The Grand Marlin. That was followed by all three of us taking a nap (what?!), grocery shopping and kabobs on the grill for dinner, yum! Now onto another week before hosting a baby shower this weekend, seeing our friends the Holdcrofts (and Pappas family) this weekend hopefully and someone's birthday ;) Cousins checking out a new Louisiana Cajun restaurant downtown after sneaking in a workout. We are so excited that my cousin Jordan is here for the week! He just graduated in May with his bachelor's and is now an officer in the Army. He has a couple more weeks before he reports for training, so he is going to be "job shadowing" Stefan this week since his degree was in a similar field (exercise science basically).
