Recent pics and some fun news (a move!)

We have been looking for a new place to rent since December and we finally found it! It is in the location we wanted, is nice enough and in our price range. No pool unfortunately, but those are so hard to come by actually (you wouldn't think so in FL, but its true)! Even though we sold our Colorado home in November, we are not ready to jump back into being homebuyers and are perfectly happy with renting after having a long distance rental for two years and putting so much into repairs last year.

End of June/early July we are moving to Gulf Breeze Proper, about 20-25 minutes down the road, just a few minutes across the bridge from Pensacola. It is 5 minutes from Stefan's work, Starbucks :) and a new Panera Bread! It is also exactly one mile from a huge park, the community center, a public access swim area and dock and the library! Lots of fun to be had I'm sure.

Our current rental is a really nice four bedroom and has great appliances. It is just not a great location for us. When we first moved here, we didn't know what our monthly budget with be or where I would work, so this was great. Now after almost three years, we know we love to go to Pensacola on the weekends and would like to be near Stefan's work so he can be home more. The home is older than our current place, as most places are in that area, but it has a lot more square feet. It isn't traditionally set up since it has had two additions, so we'll be getting creative with some of the bedrooms/spaces, but when it is just us three it will be great. It has a nice patio and fenced in backyard with a tree (swing for Gavin?). We don't get to move until it is sweltering hot here, but we are excited.

Now the purging and packing begins!

Here's some recent Gavin picks for your viewing pleasure.

P.S. I'll send out the address once we are closer to moving.

Yep, he can do that now. Lovely, huh?

Swinging at the park near our house. We are so bad, we just discovered this baby swing area in time to move.

Baseball hat and a football ... all boy.

The public beach area near our new home!

This guy was hanging out there, I think he should be our new pet.
