Happy New Year family and friends!
We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas right here in Gulf Breeze this year! Thanks to G&G Underwood for coming down to make it special. We enjoyed putting up decorations and a tree around the house this year and seeing what Pensacola had to offer in December. There was a good amount of down time due to some colds and a lot of rain, but it was relaxing and we went back to work this week with lots of little things done of our checklist. Here are lots of pictures from our December.
| Our "angel" - haha. School picture for classroom board. |
| Our amazing present from Gavin that he made at school, I love it! |
| PJ Christmas party at school! |
| We took home the class pet for Christmas break, over two weeks! She is a liter-box trained rabbit named Charlie. She roamed around my office most days and then we put her in the cage at night, pretty cute! |
| Gavin warmed up to her finally and by the end would go into her cage to pet her on his own. |
| First day back at school after three weeks gone and he did great! Only had a week before the Christmas break. |
| Gavin's first time putting up and helping decorate our own tree. |
| It was fun seeing all our ornaments again, it has been a few years since we put up a tree since we have been gone for a lot of December in the past. |
| 25 weeks! |
| Dancing in the kitchen with Grandma Jo. |
| Love his look, watching Santa arrive in the trolley for the Santa Express. |
| Gavin looks cute, Santa - hmm - but was as good as it gets since he didn't want to sit on his lap. |
| After riding on the Santa Express. Downtown Pensacola is decorated so beautifully for Christmas! |
| Presents! |
| Thanks GG & GG Macocha |
| Sharing an Underwood bottle of wine with the in-laws (well not me!) |
| I think he is excited! |
| Piano from G&G Harte! He wanted to put my cookbook holder up with a book - reading music of course. |
| Pumped to leave Santa milk and cookies - decided the reindeer wanted a banana not a carrot. And, the next morning went to see the plate and the crumbs Santa left ... he promptly ate them, ha! |
| The first part of break it was warm, down right hot! Some park playing down by the water. |
| Still reading his book from Auntie Katie and Uncle Mike. |
| Christmas dinner! |
| Merry Christmas! |
| Mini hockey sticks from Dad and this jersey I found at a consignment sale, couldn't believe it was a Canada hockey jersey for $5 - it was meant to be! Don't you love this hockey face? |
