Florida chapter closed-Arizona chapter opened
It's been a whirlwind since I last posted. I'm finally able to take a few minutes to update everyone without feeling guilty for not doing something to set up the house.
A huge thanks to Michael and Katie for their amazing help with the move. They helped us pack up the rest of the house and load the truck (Shibby too - thanks guys for doing two moves with us!), watch the kids, cleans the house, and drive everything out west. It was a long week. Angels!!!
The drive out wasn't so smooth and it ended with both cars getting to visit the mechanic right when we got here, but we are on the other end of that now.
My visit to MI was awesome but not long enough to see everyone. Thanks to all those who were able to sneak in a weekday visit!
The new house is amazing! We just love it and the pool. Gavin has been in it everyday and also loved the new place. So far the heat hasn't been too bad because there isn't the humidity we had in FL, but we know the even higher temps are coming. Thanks to M&D H and their unending help with unpacking, setting up the house and watching the kids while we ran errands, we are almost settled! The house is done except for hemming two more curtains and the logistics are getting closer to be done. We have a guest bedroom and can't wait to have visitors so let us know when you want to come out! Remember Arizona doesn't change times with daylight savings so right now we are Pacific time and on November we will be Mountain time.
We are also so lucky we ended up getting the kids into our original daycare of choice. It is also amazing-we are so excited! It's an all natural daycare about three mins from the house. The only hard part is they are closing the infant room in Decemnber and Z won't be old enough until April to move to the next room. So we will have to find a three-four month solution in the new year until she can go back. Gives us six months to figure that out though and everything else should be more calm.

| Zoe is two months old! |
| Throw back to Gavin's 2 month pic, I don't see a resemblance at all! |
Zoe is 10 weeks old, and we have her next appointment with our new pediatrician tomorrow. She is unbelievable! I think God knew we needed an easy going, calm presence during this move, and this little one is just that! She is sleeping right now 10 1/2 hours through the night...what?! I don't even want to look back at the blog post for Gavin at 2 and 3 months old. I remember how many times we were waking up a night!
Just this week and next till I go back to work, oh man! That will be another big transition.

Hope everyone is having a great start to summer and Happy Father's Day to all those men out there we love!
