Hartewood Professionals

I can't believe it has taken me this long to post about Hartewood Professionals. I announced it over a month ago on social media, so many of you have learned about my new venture, but for those who haven't, I'm so excited to share this with you!

For awhile now I've felt strongly that human connection is a pillar to happiness. And, I'm not talking about the virtual kind. That has its place, but I mean in-person, face-to-face connection. I have been blessed with it throughout my life, but at times I yearned for it like when I moved cross county three different times. Or, when I started working from home, or, when I became a new mom. I created it when I hosted the two yoga retreats, and it was magical.

As I've gotten older and into my career, I see how those connections are essential to both success and happiness in business. In order to create and foster those connections though, you have to create quality customer experiences for your clients. In our culture now, it is the norm for businesses to not respond to an email, to not call you back, or to not deliver on their commitments. It should be that they make it a priority to connect to those interacting with them each and every time, and they should strive to serve their clients to the best of their ability not only as their duty but as their privileage.

I've gotten to know more and more entrepreneurs, and there is a catch here. They work so hard to build their own success, but, once they have, they simply can't do everything and some things may slip affecting interactions with clients.

Through Hartewood Professionals, my goal is to help entrepreneurs or small business owners maintain those quality interactions with their customers through virtual assistant (VA) services like handling customer support, email management or content management to name a few. If you know of someone in that category who may need some help please send them to my website. The perk to hiring a VA is you don't pay benefits or PTO and you can retain them for as many hours as you need. You can offload tasks that bog you down, make work more enjoyable, or just get help so you work less!

I'd love to chat with anyone referred to me, but I'll be externally promoting to entrepreneur gamevchangers or influencers who run their business online. It is only a few months in from my lightbulb moment when I decided this is what I wanted to put my energy into, but the support has already been overflowing. I'm so excited to see where this takes me, and see if I can create the lifestyle I am now dreaming about.
