Passion Project - my big reveal!
With the new year trekking on and all the reflection that comes along with this time of year, I have found that I'm in one of those times of my life where I need to DO. I've spent the last two years focusing on Gavin and our family and for the start of this year I wanted NEEDED something for me. With a lot of guidance, thought and prayer, I figured out I desperately miss serving others through my talents ... yoga! Since taking on a weekly class seems more daunting than anything else because of Stefan's travel schedule, working FT and having a toddler, I decided that wasn't the answer. The answer was ANOTHER RETREAT!
To my dearest friends and family - my faithful blog followers - I'd like to introduce you to PURPOSEFUL PATH, LLC.
Yes, you read that right, I'm planning another retreat where I can create something positive for my guests, where I can serve others through my talents, and where I get to receive through giving. Its a win, win win!
This time, however, we aren't venturing to a far away exotic land .. we are venturing to a close-by exotic land (closer to some than others, but relatively close compared to Costa Rica). Since we live in this gorgeous place, I'm taking advantage of it! The retreat will be on Pensacola Beach, May 14-17. It is a women's weekend retreat focused on relaxation, wellness and camaraderie (yes of course there will be lots of optional yoga)!
It has come together like a whirlwind, but oh is it coming together so nicely. All meals will be included along with five yoga classes, a 3-night accommodation in a big and beautiful house, a cooking class, a dinner out, several wellness demos and lots of time for the beach, pool, kayaking, biking, shopping or just sipping on some coffee (or wine ;) ) while overlooking the water. Oh, and massage therapists will be available for on-site sessions. A-MA-ZING! I want it to be right now (well, it isn't quite warm enough here yet, but you can sense my excitement). I'm working away and finalizing a few more details so I can wrap up the pricing structure and finish the website. I'll update all of you again soon. ReplyDeleteOh Libby you are sweet - thankful you are along for the ride :) CHELS - that would be AWESOME! Pricing is looking super reasonable, too. Should have that finalized in a few days after confirming with the cooking class chef. I'll keep you posted!
