On our own = countdown to the SW

We enjoyed having Grandma Jo come meet her granddaughter! Thanks for all your help while you were and the freezer stocked of homemade meals (score!). It was especially helpful while I was down for the count with the mastitis. That seems to be on the mend, thankfully, and I'm trying to keep that in check so I don't have a recurrance. 

We are now on our own for a couple weeks which will include packing up the rest of the house and saying our goodbyes to friends here (ugh, can't stand that part, even typing it makes me choke up). Then we await Uncle Mike and Aunt Katie arriving at the end of the month to meet Zoe, see all of us and help us finalize our move. We are so blessed with AMAZING  families! M&K will be accompanying Stefan and our belongings all the way to PHX via road trip while I make my way up to MI with the kiddos for a pit stop before PHX (since I won't have a car or anywhere to sleep while its being driven cross country). Without all of our support this move with a newborn and a tornado of a three year old would not be happening probably.

Zoe is doing great! We usually get one longer chunk of sleep during the night normally ranging from 4-7 hours a couple times. However, her sleep is still loud and grunty. Gavin's only had one nighttime accident since the underwear switch and that was when he slept nearly 12 hours (normally only sleeps 10). We have seen some tantrums while he is adjusting to not getting as much (and mostly mom's) attention, but he sure does love his little sister and is quite proud of her! 

I'm feeling better although hoping not to be getting a cold now, and Stefan's the ever steady rock our family needs to get through the crazy that is upon us. Be sending thoughts our way for resilience and calm ;)
