We had an awesome Labor Day Weekend! We explored around here a bit and enjoyed some family time. Saturday was Legoland, and it was great! Gavin has become quite interested in Lego and we are impressed with his fine motor development not to mention his focus when he works with them. Great invention!
Sunday we made our way the two hours north to Sedona. It was 15 degrees cooler, which was so welcomed! It is so beautiful there with its red rocks. We got out and did some shorter hikes near some water where Gavin went "mountain biking". Everyone loved him and his bike and he thought it was awesome! We had luckily thought to pack a lunch and enjoyed that tailgate still to get a break from the sun. Zoe hung out on with me literally...in her Ergo. Even our stop on the way up at Starbucks went well because firefighters were outside doing a fundraiser and giving our sticker badges and fire hats (if you didn't know Gavin is really into firefighters and trucks!). Monday morning Gavin went to kids yoga while I was at my class then we all we hung around the house and BBQed in the afternoon. It was so wonderful to all spend some great time together!
Gavin has been doing great at drop of just this week, so we are hoping this continues! We have some travel coming up for him so we will see, but check some of the cool things he gets to do at school!
Zoe turned 5 months over the weekend. This one hit me because she is almost a half a year old. Wow. She also just got her bottom two teeth poking through, a month behind her brother's first two teeth. We tried solids again but still not sure any actually goes down, so we will give it another couple weeks. She is still sleeping great (so grateful for this) and she is laughing, smiling and cooing lots. She can get her tummy off the ground for a second and turn around and roll lots but isn't moving too much yet. Her personality is awesome and chill, plus this is my fav baby stage!
Stefan is gone this week then works this weekend so we hope to enjoy another weekend all together next week before the boys head north.

| Decided he wanted to make a fire station, got to use real tools and then the next day went back to paint it. |
| Built a firetruck and sat in it with one of his class mates. Of course with the full fireman gear. |
| Legoland! Building a race car to race. Spent a lot of time on this station, racing over and over. |
| And they're off! |
| Testing his building on the earthquake plate. |
| Pretty much how Zoe and I spent the weekend. Snuggle buddies! |
| He wanted to wait in line to ride the ride. His first ride, and he liked it! |

| Picnic lunch |
| Red dirt! |

| There she is the big 5 month old! |
| Gavin was the only kid at kid's yoga on the holiday so he got to play with the teacher and build this "house". |
| And then this, his fireboats and fireboat from the neighborhood Kid to Kid store. Getting close to ready for his Halloween costume! |
